Richard Dragotta ChFC, CRPC

Principal & Founder

Richard is founder and principal of Integra Wealth Management and has been providing financial planning and total wealth management advice to high net worth families and the successful mass affluent since 1991. His good listening skills, passion to educate his clients and empathy, are symbols of appreciation by his clients. As the son of a successful Wall Street executive, Rich was introduced first hand to investing and the financial service industry as a teenager with conversations around the dinner table.

Rich is the proud recipient of a liberal arts education earning in 1990 a B.A. from Gettysburg College with a concentration major in economics and accounting minor before earning professional industry designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant ChFC® and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor CRPC®.  Additionally, he holds the following securities licenses Series 7, 8, 31, 53 and 63 with LPL Financial and the Series 66 with Private Portfolio Partners.

As a true wealth manager not just an asset manager, Rich focuses on “creating the equation” through a formal financial plan rather than just providing the “answer” or investment.  His perspective and advice with clients focuses on taxes, legacy, estate and risk planning and is effectively supported by a Certified Financial Planner on his team. Once a custom-tailored financial plan is in place, he will continue working with you to review achievements against your stated goals, and ensure his clients are comfortable and that everything is moving forward according to plan or adjusting to life’s variables.

Since most of his clientele are pre-retirees and retirees, “it’s all about cash flow” and a plan that provides for a consistent and efficient distribution of wealth back to his clients or their beneficiaries. Like any great relationship communication and transparency is key.

CRPC conferred by College for Financial Planning.
